Members Dashboard UI/UX

 Project Overview 

Client: Everything Trading
Goal: Redesign the logged-in user dashboard to provide a more intuitive, modern, and conversion-driven experience for trading learners.

 
 Problem 
The original dashboard was cluttered, inconsistent, and hard to navigate. Users were struggling to access courses, track their progress, and receive updates. Bounce rates and support requests were high.

 Target Users 

  • Beginner Traders looking for structured courses

  • Advanced Learners tracking progress toward certifications

  • Community Members engaging with group tools and discussions

     

 UX Process 

1. User Research & Requirements

  • Identified key friction points: navigation confusion, unclear next steps, and poor mobile responsiveness

2. Wireframing

  • Sketched initial flows for dashboard modules: “My Courses,” “Progress,” “Community,” and “Announcements”

  • Created low-fidelity wireframes in Figma to outline visual hierarchy and focus areas

3. UI Design

  • Designed high-fidelity mockups using Figma, based on brand guidelines

  • Introduced a clean card-based layout with clear CTAs and modular sections

  • Used a minimal dark/light UI toggle for accessibility and preference

4. Prototyping & Feedback

  • Created interactive prototype and ran stakeholder reviews

  • Iterated on layout and content placement based on team feedback
